"Great stay. The staff are friend. There’s water and sparkling water in the lobby area. The room is very cozy and clean. Super convenient for transportation and a lot of food options around. It was quiet at night. You can sometimes hear the subway but that didn’t bother me."

"The breakfast wasn’t great, toast was brought cold, only coffee available at breakfast, the breakfast room was very small we had to share a table with another guest The room was very spacious, but we paid for a window room and was put into the basement/cellar with one window looking into a wall and another very small one that also looked into a wall, there was no kettle available in the room we had to go to reception to use the kettle up there, and there was no fridge in room to use to keep drinks cool, The housekeeping was amazing no faults there On a night due to being in the basement we could hear the receptionist rolling around on the chair all night "

"I loved my stay here. Staff were so friendly and the atmosphere was positive. Abdulla was able to get me into my room early without any notice as I rolled in on very little sleep. I stayed in a single room. It was comfortable and clean, and the natural light from the window made it feel big enough for what I needed. I’m assuming some rooms do not have a window based on the layout and location of rooms. There is some street noise that I had no issue sleeping though, but if you would rather no window for less noise, an internal room might suit you better. Breakfast was amazing. Location is great and within walking distance of most major sites. I walked everywhere, but it is also close to the tube if you want to venture a bit further."

"We stayed at the Mitre House Hotel for three nights. It was really comfortable and very convenient. Easy to get to the centre of London either walking or by tube, excellent free car parking, good free breakfast, friendly staff and good value for money. The rooms are on the compact side but had everything we needed, comfortable beds, kettle, wifi and were very clean. The hotel has a bar and 24 hour reception. Would stay again if in that part of London. Very close to Hyde Park, museums and with local restaurants and shops. "
