"Great location - nicely decorated. Our double room was tiny though. Literally just enough room to get around the beds, the bathroom is large in comparison. Under bed storage is a great idea but not enough room to manoeuvre a suitcase into it. To access the safe under the bed you have to lay on the floor - which was just wide enough to do so. "

Nice hotel in central location

"Great hotel location close to underground station. Room was spacious enough and had great lighting and space to put our things out on. Beds were comfortable..only negative comment is a draft from the a/c right above the bed. Great closet with lighting! We would stay there again!"

"Excellent service. Arrived from Vancouver after a nine hour flight about 30 minutes early for check in. The girl behind the counter originally asked us to wait 30 minutes but when I said we were dying to get in and get washed up and have a nap after a red eye flight she got us in immediately and no extra charge. These little acts of kindness are what separates the good from the great places to stay. "

End of Cruise stay

"The room was very updated with new electronics that operated the lights, shower and room requests. It's a small room but it worked for us and we had a lot of luggage from transitioning from a cruise to land travel. The continental breakfast was great with lots of good choices."

"Stayed at this property on three separate one night occasions as we were visiting other areas of the UK, and used this hotel as a hub. I would first address the thing that most people complain about...the rooms. Yes, they are small, but they are quiet, clean, well appointed and comfortable. Ideal for two people given the great location and the reasonable cost. So no complaint from us. There is no elevator; however, bags are brought to and from your room as part of the service. Again, no complaint from us. The staff is simply wonderful!! Medhi, Budha, Hakeem, and Connan are all extremely welcoming, personable, professional, and helpful. The area has many pubs, restaurants and shops and is a 5 minute walk from Paddington station. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there on future visits."

"I particularly liked the friendliness of the staff in answering questions about the area which was new to me. The hotel was excellent and, for London, reasonably priced and a delicious, substantial breakfast in addition. I would recommend staying there to anyone seeking a quiet hotel in an area with its own beauty ( try Little Venice within strolling distance) and good transport links to the West End and further afield. A real find! "
