"The place was clean and the automated check worked fine. Our unit was on the third floor with the kitchen above that under a sloped ceiling. Bumped our heads a few times before got used to that. The neighborhood lacks local restaurants of interest so we ate while out visiting."

"Sadly we come to london from the north for cancer treatment, however the waterway was the most tranquil and beautiful place we have ever stayed in London.. you just felt away from all the hassle and felt safe.. when you come for treatment, this is exactly how you want to feel.. the room was amazing, large and with everything you need.. i would truly recommend the hotel to everyone, you will not be disappointed.. the staff are so nice too x"

"Room was very clean and it was in a great location. We had some challenges getting into the room on two occasions due to Internet issues. We would only return if we knew we were on 1st floor or basement. Navigating stairs to third floor with luggage was challenging."
