"Nice location and helpful staff. Good breakfast but same thing everyday. Be aware the rooms do not have air conditioners. My daughter developed heat rash. I would go to a hotel with ac next time."

"Decent space. Rooms were small (typical for London) but air conditioning worked well. Wifi was good. Beds were comfortable. Stayed for 5 nights and not much to complain about. Lobby was always manned so never a concern about security. They only clean your room every 3 nights which is okay unless you accumulate a lot of garbage. You can hear some minor underground noise every few minutes but it is a low rumble... nothing that bothered us but if you are sensitive to that, it could be an issue. Bring your own bath toiletries unless you dont mind a hand, body and hair wash in 1. Great location near two underground stations and a lot of bus options to central london. Close to the canal which was a nice area to walk around. Only about a 15 minute walk to Hyde park and you could walk to Oxford street if physically doable."

"The property is so convenient, just steps from Paddington. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and exactly as it looks online and described. The little kitchen was well stocked. We didn’t use the laundry or gym and we didn’t opt for eating breakfast there but it always looked great!"

"Like Hotels in all large cities, particularly in Europe, the room is small. We had a standard double room, and even though the room was small it was pretty well laid out. The room was kept clean and we did not have any problems with any of the facilities. Things to be aware of are - there were only two, very flat pillows which made it harder for me to sleep. There is no air conditioner. Luckily for us the record temperatures they were having before we arrived (May 30) dropped while we were there any we had no problems. But if I was booking for later in the summer it would be hot. Also, it is so close to the metro station you could hear it from our room when the windows were open. Some people on Google reviews said it kept them up, but we had no problem at all. There also is not an elevator. We were fortunate to be on the first floor (2nd floor to us Americans) and the stairway is narrow. The cleaning staff was excellent and the front desk seemed to be bringing new people but were fine. Overall, I would stay here again but I would also check other places as well."
