"Clean, safe and very convenient to London sights. And the staff are amazing. They searched high and low for our granddaughter’s lost stuffed dog and helped with booking questions. We are telling all our friends what a great hotel is Premier Inn London Paddington. Did I mention the great staff? "

"AC kept room cool, beds are just doubles not queen's or kings, bathroom is a weird configuration with the toilet right against the wall at least you wouldn't fall off, breakfast so so, scrambled eggs definitely real runny not the way we cook them in Canada"

"Location was great right by Paddington train station. I really liked the property. My room was on the small side, but I was really only there to sleep so that is all I needed. The only negative I have is the staircases up to my room. I did not mind have to climb the stairs, but some of them were very narrow and it was a bit difficult navigating them with my suitcase when I arrived and when I checked out. "

"We had booked a suite and there was three of us . The mini bar was empty there was no bedding or towels for our other guest . We did get them after asking . The hotel has reduced what it offers guests in the executive lounge and allows children . There was no extra America in the bathroom . Mini bar was empty . There was no record player or guitar in our suite and the view was and external view . So overall not worth it anymore "
