Quaint, clean and quiet. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great food and service at the restaurant. Nice neighbourhood and easy walk to Hyde park and restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed this place and would recommend.

We had a lovely stay at the Hayden. We chose it for its proximity to Paddington, but quickly discovered what a gem the place was due to the amazing pub and staff. The room was comfy and quiet, and the staff was so kind and helpful. We will def stay again next time we are in London.

We loved our stay at the Hayden. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming as we arrived to London with lost luggage. They welcomed us with a drink of choice and then we enjoyed a delicious dinner and a restful night of sleep. We love the convenience to Paddington Station and our stay in Notting Hill. Wow! This was an outstanding place to stay in London, fairly close to Kensington Gardens and Notting Hill. The room was immaculately clean and well appointed. The staff were super helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great stay at The Hayden. The staff were great -very welcoming and as accommodating as you might wish. This is a lovely pub and there are just a few rooms above it. Our room was lovely - small-ish (but then again this is an older building and it was certainly big enough for two people), well-stocked (thanks for the cookies), comfortable, and quiet. We would stay here again. The neighbourhood was very walkable and nearby to lots, which was perfect for our first day and night in London. We ended the day in the pub itself - great variety of food and a friendly and warm atmosphere.
