"We stay at the Citadine frequently when travelling with our family as our parents like the ease of using the facility as it has a mini kitchen in the room. We prefer hotel services with more a service and amenities so the comparison is not a good one. However, if you are looking for convenient and a place to grab food and bring it back to your room to cook, this is a great spot and they have coffee and tea available all day for free. "

We liked the Mansion House station being right next door, making it easy to get around. Room was large, clean and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. They provided dishwasher and laundry detergent. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. We were surprised at how quiet it was for being downtown. We never heard any noise or sirens. "Was there for business and lesuire with a 10 month old. The rooms were equipped for anything you need. The hotel is conveniently located to the underground (10 min walk), Exmouth market, grocery stores and parks. "

"Our apartment was bright, clean and large. The daily housekeeping (except for Sunday when there is no housekeeping) did a good job. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The apartment is very quiet; while in the apartment, can't hear any noise from the restaurants or pubs on the street. The area has a small grocery store and a newsstand as well as the mentioned pubs and restaurants. The property has many size apartments to fit one's budget or number of people in one's group."

"The place is close to a sainsbury and also the Chancery and Holborn tube stations. We liked the location a lot. The amenities of the hotel were great and we used the laundry machine which did a great job. The only negative thing was the bathroom door is a pocket door and not soundproof at all so you could hear everything when someone was in there. If alone 10/10, if with a friend 7/10. "

"Location is great. Is noisy up to 11pm when pubs shut, then quietens down. Be careful though. Kids hospital on opposite side of road, is due for demolishment, so check that before you book. Some amazing eclectic and bespoke shops in Lamb's Conduit St"

"Very clean and in a great spot in the city. Beautiful windows, lots of light. I enjoyed staying here, it felt safe and bright. My only complaint is that when the people upstairs use the water there is a loud shrieking that can wake you up at night or disturb anything you’re doing. Otherwise a great place to stay"
