However I travel with earplugs and was expecting that in a hotel so central in London, so it didn’t cause me any major issues. The heater also wasn’t very warm but the room wasn’t super cold without it. The location is great, a very short walk to King’s Cross, and about a half hours walk into Soho/the west end if you’re in town for theatre!"

"Great location! Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to everything. The bedroom was very clean and spacious - the bed was super comfortable and the pillow and duvet were perfect! The only improvement would be either a heated towel rail in the bathroom or heated floor as it was a little cold however the robe and slippers provided rectified this!!"
