"There is no elevator in this building and so you have to climb steep stairs to get to your room. Size of rooms are the size of a shoe box. Location is very handy for Paddington station - which is 3-5 minutes away on foot. This place is only appropriate if you’re travelling alone and with little or no luggage. Staff were not very attentive. I don’t know if this applies to all staff but certainly the two ladies I met at reception were more interested in their own conversation than assisting when I arrived. "

However, I did encounter an issue during late check-in. The staff member at reception was not particularly friendly or professional in his manner and did not offer a basic greeting. I also noticed that he was present on each night of my three-night stay, and the level of service remained consistently below expectations. I would appreciate it if management could provide additional training to ensure a more welcoming and professional guest experience. Aside from this, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and I would consider staying here again."
