"This is an excellent property right next to Paddington Station. Very convenient for Heathrow express. The hotel was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. However, only tea in the room is no coffee, but there is a Starbucks just off the lobby, which was perfect."

"Got an upgrade, which was so appreciated . Location is perfect. Easy access to lots of different neighbourhoods. Rooms are dated. Front desk isn’t consistently staffed but the sister hotel of Westbourne Hyde Park is directly across the street. Once the car traffic dies down, it’s extremely quiet given how central it is. Local cafes and restos are convenient and good. "

"Location is great. Easy transit to Heathrow and all over London via tube. We slept well on comfy beds and found nearby dinner options great. Just a short walk to park for exercise. WiFi was not great - but that was only complaint. "
