"great good experience but small room"

"Location great for Oxford Street, literally just round the corner. Nice area as one would expect on Park Lane. We had booked a deluxe king size room - unfortunately we were allocated a room on the Upper Ground level which was in the basement. It did have a window but was very dark and felt a bit dingy. We asked if we could move to a different room but none were available on a higher level - the staff were helpful and said we could ask to move again the next day but by that stage we couldn't be bothered. The hotel is great, the staff are helpful and friendly. I will remember to specify non-basement rooms in the future!"

"What We Loved Service: The entire staff was incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Ambiance & Facilities: The hotel interior is beautiful and impeccably clean. The ambiance made for a very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast: The morning breakfast buffet was fresh, good quality, and an enjoyable start to the day. Area for Improvement Lunch & Dinner: While the restaurant service and decor were top-notch, the quality of the food during lunch and dinner was disappointing. The dishes fell short of the high standards set by the rest of the hotel. With a bit more attention to the culinary side, this place would be absolute perfection."

"Wonderful hotel in a great location. We were able to check into one of our rooms early and loved the bar and outside terraces. Rooms were chic & stylish, A/C worked great, beds were comfortable, service was great and rooms were cleaned daily with bedding changed and turndown service. We didn't have an opportunity to use the gym (Third Space) but supposedly it's one of the best in London. We were able to walk most everywhere within 30 mins. We hope to be back soon!"

"Great location, nice hotel. The room was clean, tidy and well presented. At check in and check out staff were friendly. Staff at The nest was abrupt no booking no entry asked if there was any spaces available later got told absolutely not completely full all night. Went online and did have a space in 45mins inside seating and outdoor was 11pm space. Due to the unwelcome response we didn't book as it put us off. I do feel the staff at check in should have made you aware to book The nest as it books up very quickly. Was disappointed as booked for a big birthday n main attraction in choosing the hotel was the open roof top bar. To anyone wanting to book The nest to book in advance hope you get greeted with more friendly and approachable member of staff."
