"The property cancelled my booking at 8:30pm the evening before my stay. It still took my money. Their initial message was that I had to cancel the booking via Expedia (who have been very helpful), which I did, but then on the day of the booking they kept calling me to rearrange properties but I had already rescheduled my plans.
