This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.

Great place to stay

From Adrian welcoming us at 1am with a smile to Vincent catering to our every need (we travelled with two small children) and George so helpful at the front desk, this was a truly gratifying experience. Everyone at the hotel was friendly, polite, attentive and genuinely seemed to care. The rooms were large and spacious and the location is excellent. We will definitely be back.

Great location, nice design, friendly staff.

This is one of my favourite London hotels. The location is second to none and the service is lovely. Although the rooms are starting to show their age a bit, they’re still lovely. My only gripes (and they’re small) are that they no longer have room toiletries from Bamford and their room service isn’t as good as it once was.

Great location, helpful and professional staff

I'm sold for life. This is the place to stay. Perfect location. One cheap train ride from Heathrow. Shops, galleries, nightlife….. The spa is the most beautiful, luxurious and comfortable you'll ever experience. The only advice I have is to either not stay on the 2nd floor, OR ask the hotel if there are going to be parties in the 2nd floor reception room while you're there. It was loud and we had to move rooms at 1:00 am……but the management was so accommodating that we didn't mind.

The Dorchester hotel is beautiful and excellent. It is right next to the park. Comfy beds.

The staff here were cheerful and thoughtful, yet unobtrusive. My spacious executive room was quiet, understated, filled with natural light and exceeded expectations with every need luxuriously met. The concierge was charming and knowledgeable and up to any challenge. You will never forget your stay here!

Claridge's offers the right combination of everything. Charming and luxurious. Not too precious. Just the right amount of patina. The staff is the best I've ever encountered. They get everything right. Friendly but not too friendly. Polite but not pretentious. Genuine. Also, I never felt like anyone was soliciting me for a tip - for anything.

There were places to eat nearby and in the heart of central London; it was a quiet area, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, with everything needed to make the stay go smoothly. The staff were all helpful and nice, offering tea or a drink. The hotel is worthy of 5 star. Please be aware that they do keep 150 pounds per night as incidental, return once all is well at the end of the stay.

This is the most charming place to stay in London. Truly elegant. Our apartment was incredibly large with a wonderful balcony and plush rich furnishings. The location is perfect… a 20 min walk through Green Park to Buckingham Palace. 15 min to Piccadilly Circus and shopping and dining at your door. But, they didn’t tell us that construction is going on behind the building. Our experience was 7:00 am to 6:00pm. Looks like a ground up new building that might take months to complete. Will stay here...

Perfect hotel in perfect location

We had a beautifully renovated room on the 7th floor. they were doing construction on the floor above one morning and the manager of the hotel couldn't have been nicer to make up for the disruption. very professional staff, clean, modern rooms. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to London.

This was one of the very best experiences I have ever had staying in a luxury hotel...something that I don't do that often. I was with my son who had never been to London before and this turned out to be a highlight of the trip. Everything about the hotel was absolute perfection. The room was flawless, the staff was delightful, and the overall atmosphere was great fun. Rather than just being a nice hotel, the experience of staying here was like experiencing the best of classic England. ...

Excellent room condition, amenities and service. Would stay again. The only drawback I could think of was the noise from the outside on a weekend night. We stayed on 2nd floor facing the Grovesnor Square and it was a bit noisy on Saturday night from drunk people occasionally shouting/laughing and music from the cafe on the 1st floor until pretty late at night. Otherwise a very pleasant experience. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.

This is a great hotel in an even better location. The individuals running the reception area are beyond helpful and we would recommend staying here to anyone!
