"The room only had one chair where the TV was where the pictures showed a love seat. we requested a new room there were non available. We planned for 3 nights only stayed 1 we canceled the other 2 nights waiting for a refund. The unit was not comfortable for two people. It was made to accommodate 1 person not 2. It was a bad experience. I would not stay here again."

"Great spot for a night or two in London. All the amenities needed provided. And flat was nice and clean. The only thing is room is a little small, couldn’t stay for more than couple of nights."

Stayed 2 wks at The Carlyle, it was great location...3min walk to Earl's Court Tube station. Nice apartment. Clean, comfortable place to return to after a long day in London having so much fun. Lots of nearby food choices from American fast food to great pubs. Our contact person at The Carlyle was great...quick responses any time we had a question or need. Grocery stores, pharmacy, bus stops all within a 5-10 min walk. There were 4 of us in 4bdrm apartment. We all agreed we would definitely...

I found this apartment very comfortable, spacious and very short walking distance to King's Cross Station. The staff kept in touch with me before travel, so I had the instructions to checkin at hand.

Great location and very friendly and attentive staff. Not a hotel so don't expect hotel amenities. It's like renting our own apartment so don't expect someone to clean your room and change your towels/sheets. Felt like a Londoner instead of a tourist which I loved. Located next to a University, markets, restaurants, shops and the tube. (Edgeware Road Station). Clean room with modern amenities. One head up though, the bed is a full, not a queen. The bed was big enough for 2 slim/short people but...

It’s a tiny hostel at an affordable price. Don’t expect much but a bed and a locker. People that get the cheapest room available and then complain about it not being a five star hotel need to book a five star hotel. Staff was perfectly nice, bunks were comfortable enough, and I lucked out with respectful roommates. STAYING AT A HOSTEL MEANS YOU ARE GOING TO GET A MIX OF PEOPLE. Sometimes they suck and sometimes they don’t. That is not the hostels fault.

Watching the boats in the lock on the Thames from the hotel patio and room was very fun.
Wished there were some other restaurants within walkable distance.

Nice location with lots of coffee shops and food nearby. Very communicative staff. Room and bed were clean. Booking said the room had AC, and it did have one of the small, portable units that exhaust out the window, but it did not have a proper bracket for the window, nor did the AC ever seem to really work. This wouldn't have been such an issue if our stay wasn't during one of the hottest days in London this summer. Because of this, we ended up avoiding going back to the room until it had...
