"When making the reservation, it stated "breakfast included" however, it did not appear on my itinerary. I contacted Expedia who were unable to resolve the matter. It took over 24 hours to get the remote control for the TV. Most of the employees were very helpful, there was one worker who seemed uninterested and came across as being rude. Beyond that encounter, the room was very well presented. The "bespoke" iron furniture was lovely and sturdy."

"The location was perfect. Close to so many amazing restaurants and shopping. Very close to Elizabeth Line - one minute walk and takes you directly to Heathrow airport. The rooms were somewhat small but it was only two nights so not a real inconvenience."

"The staff was very friendly and efficient. The hotel was clean and had nice amenities such as a sauna room, a small swimming pool and a fitness room. The view of the river from our room was fantastic. I would not hesitate to stay here again."
