The staff was super helpful and made check in very easy. Train station is very close. The building is a little old and dated but the place was clean and perfect for our 1 night stay before catching our train.

The staff were lovely. They organised rooms on the ground floor for us to accommodate back problems and were very helpful. The flats are well located and comfortable. There are lots of great restaurants nearby and the flats are a short walk to Russell Square Station, making it easy to get around London. We would stay at this location again.

It was a great price for the area and property. It was a cute studio apartment. Doing laundry was great. The room had all amenities and it was cute and had AC and it was super central with access to restaurants, supermarkets and cute little pubs. Really enjoyed the stay and the room was spacious. Highly recommended

A repeat stay. We appreciate the very walkable neighbourhood and the cleanliness of the property. The room is small but the bed comfortable and we like having the kitchenette. A bit more noise towards the end of our stay from returning students but it was not something that disturbed our sleep

Very handy location with easy walk to subway a couple of stops from central London. Lots of places to eat nearby. Helpful staff. However bathroom and shower were very very small. If you are tall and broad you will in fact stuggle to fit in to the shower. Room needs some updating.

It was a good location for our arrival at Easton Station (which is why we chose it initially). The unit was clean. It had a small fridge which was useful but it was very "gurgly: - sounded like a fish tank at night. We were booked to stay three nights but flight delays meant we were only there for two. I did notify them and they kept the room for us.

This place is amazing. Bright, sunny room, AC and also operable windows for lots of fresh air. A full kitchen to make meals. Lots of space to put away our clothing and things. Comfortable firm mattress, nice armchairs, dining area, good lighting (including for reading in bed). Laundry in basement. Fab location near major train stations and lots of pubs and groceries. Great WiFi.
