A repeat stay. We appreciate the very walkable neighbourhood and the cleanliness of the property. The room is small but the bed comfortable and we like having the kitchenette. A bit more noise towards the end of our stay from returning students but it was not something that disturbed our sleep

Very handy location with easy walk to subway a couple of stops from central London. Lots of places to eat nearby. Helpful staff. However bathroom and shower were very very small. If you are tall and broad you will in fact stuggle to fit in to the shower. Room needs some updating.

Loved the location, close to the metro in a quiet area. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom and shower were very small. The patio was also very tiny and we never used it. We did use the laundry facilities, which were convenient. The small kitchen was nice even though we didn't use it. Overall, it was a good room for a short stay.

The room we had didn’t have AC; however, we were in a large budget studio in the basement of the building which was still cool enough during the hot weather. Additionally, our windows opened to the street/park and were able to get some fresh air. Previously, we stayed there in an AC room that was a very small studio. The property is very well maintained, clean, and quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very close to groceries, restaurants, pubs, and Kings Cross/St. Pancras stations for easy access to travel to wherever you want. A very nice neighborhood also. Highly recommend!

Staffs were nice and 24 hrs front desk services is helpful. Room it self was reasonable space except bathroom is very small. Our room has AC so it was comfortable. Room was clean, however towels could be replaced with better or newer ones- they were very rough. Bed was ok. Overall it felt more like a dorm in school- basic essentials and great location walking distance to station. If you are looking for budget stay and location to travel- this is suitable. If you are looking for more hotel rooms level then might need to reconsider.
