Well kept historical farm. Bonus awesome short walks nearby. Very peaceful when needed. Deer park walk includes carless country lane, a huge estate to explore and paths to contemplate the peacefulness. Followed by great meal and people afterwards at the tavern next door to Ash Farm. Plush room and shower to cozy up in. Best breakfast ever: atmosphere, fresh fruit, all homemade food, and personal quality service from the owner and his chef.

Chatton Park House B&B is a great place to stay on the English countryside. It is close to both Newcastle and Edinburg and as peaceful as they come. The hosts are gracious and kind and the breakfast was great.

We are so happy to have found Duck Lodge outside Brighton proper. Located in a safe rural picturesque village, it is an easy train ride into Brighton and you won’t have to hassle with parking and crowds. Our host, Keith, keeps the property immaculately maintained and made sure we had anything and everything we needed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, brought to the door each morning. An outstanding place to stay ; we were there to visit the Lincolnshire Aviation Centre and the Inn is the perfect place to stay being only 10 minutes drive away. It's very clean and well taken care of and every detail is attended to for your comfort. Jane who is the chef is excellent at her job and was available for an early breakfast so we weren't late for our ride on a Lancaster bomber. Food was incredible quality and arrived on hot plates too. I can't rate The Red Lion any more highly....

The Villa Marina is run by two of the most wonderful people you could ever meet. Vince and Erwan were amazing hosts who would do anything to ensure you had a wonderful stay. The hotel is super clean, the breakfasts ensured lunch may not be required! A location not far from the sea or town centre and an overall lovely atmosphere. Their knowledge of the local area was well received by everyone which helped guests make the most of their time in Torquay. I can’t thank them enough for making my stay...

Very convenient location for a trip to Hereford, with free parking. The staff were excellent, the breakfast was very good and the king size bed was extremely comfortable.

Such an easy check in / check out experience and such a lovely and conscientiously maintained facility. It was so so so so so lovely and I would totally stay here again. Also the cake was really good- they give you cake in your room!!!

This is really lovely B&B, it's beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and the staff are really friendly. It's in a great location, with beautiful seaviews, away from the noise of the main seafront area. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection to choose from. I cannot recommend it enough, we hope to go back very soon.

It was relaxing. The spa bathroom with steam room was great. Also the patio area with the plants and other decorations made it enjoyable and relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay at Cedar Manor. The hosts were great and offered advice on dining in the local area and walking directions to the town. We spent most of our time traveling the area and did not eat in the restaurant. The room was a little on the small side and the hot weather required a fan in the room which did not add to the comfort. Otherwise all good and worth a visit

10/10 for overall quality, attention to detail, comfort, attentiveness, full English breakfast and more. One tiny niggle - I suspect that the owner's suite was above my room and footsteps above were clearly audible (early and late only). I would strongly recommend this hotel and will stay there again.
