"What a fabulous little hideaway in Little Venice. From its canal side location to its short walk to Paddington Station it couldn’t be more convenient. With an excellent pub/bar/patio/restaurant you can eat and drink before going down to your cozy room. It’s all in one and worth it!!"

"charming, friendly, and clean! the pub’s cocktails and drinks also lovely."

"the staff were amazing!!! it was my first time in a hostel and they made me feel so comfrontable and safe!!!"

"Good value for London. Hotel and rooms maintained to a very good, “fresh” condition. Very helpful and flexible staff. Rooms have good quality equipment and appliances - on the smaller side, but very much in line with London standards."

"Very nice hotel, we like it very much!"

"Very enjoyable stay!"

"Great addition to London hotel scene. Modern in heritage building. Great quality food (especially breakfast). Young and enthusiastic staff."

"Amazing staff with great service..."

"Great place"

"Excellent room - everything was brand new and very clean. The kitchenette was a nice touch, even if there wasn’t a cooker - it was enough for our one night stay. Some dish soap would had been nice, but other than that it was a perfect stay. It can be a little noisy as it is above the pub, but apart from that it was very cosy and we would come back again."

"Good location and sustainabily directed property which is nice and general decor is a comforting style."

"The apartment is perfectly located only a couple of blocks from the Paddington train station. In our case, we got assigned an apartment in an adjacent building and it was in a basement (although it did have a tiny patio with some light surrounded by high walls). The apartment was good, although a bit musky and very humid. The staff was excellent and provided anything we needed. A good buy for the price if you are OK with a place that has no sunlight and is a bit humid."

"Room was always clean and organized. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was also very convenient and close to everything."

"Clean, nice staff, great location near Tube stations and Hyde Park."

"The room was super clean, and looked as it did in the photos. It is located in a nice area, and is very worth it for the price."

"Delightful stay"
