"We had such an amazing stay, the rooms was amazing staff was so kind and made sure you had everything room service was quick breakfast was fresh and hot and the hot tub was so clean and bathroom new towels everyday and clean room everyday we are definitely coming back to stay here again "

"When we arrived to check in the staff were lovely. They explained how the key card system on your phone worked and then escorted us to the building we were staying in, it was raining and the small touch of the umbrella didn't go unnoticed. The room was spacious and clean, we were a family of 4 and had chosen the room with the queen sized bunk beds. We were very impressed and would highly recommend the hotel. The shops and Earls court tube station were a 3 minute walk away. The Natural history museum were in close proximity (about 25 minute walk). "

"The Ampersand is in the perfect location if you want to stay in South Kensington. It’s literally across the street from the underground station and very close to great museums, restaurants, etc. We were celebrating my son’s birthday and they left him a lovely selection of delicious chocolates. Amenities were also very nice in our room and we will definitely stay again next time we are in London. "
