Fabulous cafes and restaurants within a couple minutes walk from the hotel. Right around the corner from Gloucester Road tube station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was impeccably clean. I would definitely stay at the Millennium Hotel again if given the opportunity. "

Cleaning average and somewhat enthusiastic with occasional bangs on the door at 8 am in the morning which are a little overzealous My biggest complaint relates to the gym - this is not located in the hotel but in a separate structure about 50m away and is subcontracted to a separate entity They do not allow access to anyone under the age of 16 and their regulations compel one to fill out registration forms on a daily basis including health and safety documentation - this takes about five minutes to do. The gym is equipped with old life fitness equipment about 15 to 20 years old and some technogym treadmills and cross trainers It will be well below the standard that you would see in the average Hilton or similar level brand hotel anywhere in the English speaking world / in my opinion it would not be a suitable hotel for someone who is travelling with a teenager who wanted to go to the gym or indeed who had a desire to visit the gym in the evenings as the gym is closed from 4 o’clock on Saturdays and Sundays Overall this hotel is adequate but the gym arrangement is subpar and you could well do better elsewhere."
