Staff is a bit standoffish — we arrived early and instead of being welcoming they let us know we were early and were a bit militant in what we could do and where to leave our luggage. As our first intro to London it wasn’t great, but the rooms were really very nice. "

"Disappointed overall, although the hotel is clean, I would say it resembles their website or what I would expect for Kensington. The aircon was poor, the beds were rock hard, and the room was outdated. The lack of bar area was a disappointment, replaced by a Shish bar which was of no interest. Interestly saw a few other people take one look and walk out. The staff were pleasant and friendly but weren’t able to organise a taxi when our booked one didn’t turn up. "

"Wow stayed here for the first time celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday and the staff were amazing making it the most perfect stay. The hotel is right near South Kensington gardens, Hyde Park and the Royal Albert Hall. The hotel is quite quirky in its design, the room was spacious enough with plenty of storage, the all important bed was nice and comfy and the shower hot and powerful. Breakfast had plenty of options with a lovely cooked verity. Really did enjoy our stay and will definitely be going back. Thank you again to the wonderful staff."

"Excellent stay at Rembrandt Hotel! The hotel staff were great ~ including the morning and evening maitre ds and concierge. Loved the historic building - rooms were small but nice and clean. The morning breakfast was "outstanding" and consistent - lovely dining area. We also had dinners there as well ..including "high tea" both were also excellent! Easy walk to Harrod's (my bucket list) and across the street from Victoria and Albert Museum... a must as well!! Would be glad to return & highly recommend to our friends!"
