From signing in to finding a beautiful bottle of Prosecco in our room and a note from The Hotel because it was my birthday so the comfort of our beautiful room, the fluffiness of our bed and the loveliness of the staff. We had dinner at the restaurant twice and one breakfast and we took someone to high tea at 4 PM in the library. It was exquisite. For the price, it was absolutely perfect. Location was wonderful and we were just around the corner from the Prince Albert Museum and very close to the Museum of Natural History. Love love, love!"
