The decorating is spectacular. Staff very pleasant and room gorgeous. However a nasty surprise to find the addition of a 60 pound service charge for staff, discretionary, which we had removed. This should be covered by the room charges which are very high indeed.

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was really nice. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom stayed warm and comforting so you never had to walk into a cold bathroom. The shower was very good. I was upgraded to a larger room. I truly enjoyed my stay and I look forward to going again.

Hotel is a proper 5 star experience in a beautiful, but quiet street of London - located very close to Hyde Park and near Buckingham Palace. The staff were wonderful and the lobby area is a unique area to enjoy breakfast, dinner, and the occasional board game / cards in a quiet but homely setting (with a cup of tea ofcourse!).

The Knightsbridge Hotel was lovely and extremely comfortable. They went out of their way to make my child feel special and taken care of. The entire staff was wonderful. Highly recommend staying here if you can.
