"I have stayed at Princes Gardens several times when attending the BBC PROMS at The Albert Hall. It is only a step or two away and the little park it overlooks makes for a pleasant place to sit if you have time"
"A visibly stunning Hotel which retains its British Victoriana charm. The staff were all found to be pleasant and helpful the bedroom we stayed in was a good ample size with a comfortable bed the shower took some working out but we got there in the end. I would definitely stay at this hotels again as its location is excellent 👌 "
"This hotel is beautiful, the room was spacious (we had a family suite room), the breakfast was great and the staff were helpful. The hotel is right across the street from the V&A and Natural History Museums and short walk to Harrods or a tube station, dinning and shops. Access to the pool depends on the schedule of the health club next door (swimming lessons etc)- looks like drop-in swim time is mostly on the weekends in the morning. The hop on/off bus stop was two steps away from the entrance. I would return to this hotel!"
"The hotel offers a perfect stay in every respect but especially in the outstanding service that each and every employee offers a guest. The happiness of the staff members are reflected in their quality of service. I will definitely stay at this gem of a hotel again! Referring this to friends- absolutely!!!"
