"Everything was fabulous. Not one complaint. This was my third stay at Bailey's and will return next year! Breakfast wonderful and the staff made my day every morning. "The location is great, and the service is good. However, the furniture is quite old. The beds are already deformed, and I can feel the springs. All the lounge chairs and sofas are missing foam. I had to sit in the corner because the seats are too deep and don’t support my bottom or back. The place really needs some updates. "

"Nice hotel. Extremely convenient location. Close to train, coach and underground stations. Also near Buckingham Palace and other local attractions. Very helpful staff and a decent daily breakfast. Beware the small beds and train noise!"
