A lovely, quiet hotel blocks from the Marble Arch tube stop and situated right between Hyde and Regent’s Park. The staff was helpful and accommodating, the rooms spacious by London standards, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom especially lovely (heated toilet seats! Who knew!). Would definitely be excited to stay here again.

Hotel - amazing ambience, very unique and luxury boutique. Tokki is so lovely! Staff - super friendly for London!! Rooms - room size average, nice amenities however the general cleanliness was not good. The bathroom tiles had mould, the plastic protector for the shower screen had dirty that clearly is omitted when the bathroom is cleaned! The teapot had half be cleaned I had to clean it out myself, there was bits of food behind the cushion! For the price of this hotel I was surprised to have found the above issues,

Lovely hotel in a great location, the staff were so welcoming and helpful. We were really lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade. My partner is pregnant and they were able to provide a specific pregnancy pillow which was a real surprise and really appreciated. We had a great stay.
