We spent 2 weeks at the property over Spring Break and it was lovely. The rooms are decorated beautifully, the bathrooms are a little tired and go could with some sprucing up, but for our family of 3 it wasn’t a deal breaker. The location is top notch for getting around London, the room was so quiet and peaceful at night we couldn’t wait to get back to sleep. The staff were accommodating and the overall vibe of the hotel is awesome. Would definitely stay again!

My stay at this location was absolutely wonderful. I will be staying here again. Everything was great and lived up and beyond my expectations. I love the decor and the staff was so very nice. The entire atmosphere is absolutely wonderful and inviting. The restaurants serve wonderful coffees and food. There are areas where you can relax and work. A beautiful garden in the back. It checks all the boxes.

Excellent breakfast, restaurant and overall hotel vibe is exquisite. The toilet is a bit off but very spacious the little partition thing doesn't really blocking water splash out from the shower the floor will be pretty wet but do dry very quickly.

The staff was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, and the convenience to the tube was awesome. You can easily walk to different areas, too. Felt very safe. Unfortunately, the hotel does not allow you to turn on the a/c and the room was very warm and there’s no ventilation. They gave me a fan, and that was okay, but it do caused me a night of not sleeping. Other than that, I would come back again.

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed it. We loved how the room was decorated, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable day. In particular, we found the kitchenette to be well appointed. The location was very convenient, only a few minutes walk from Earl’s Court tube station, and despite the hotel being located on a busy road, it was very quiet in the room so we could sleep. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Hotel was well situated with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby however room looked a bit dated and could have done with a deeper clean. The grout in the shower was stained, fabric on the furniture had stains and there was spilt coffee on the table when we checked in.
