Beautiful property! The coffee in the lobby was so good! Just wish they came and cleaned the room at least once during our 4 day stay without an extra charge.

The hotel is perfectly situated to tube stations making it easy to get anywhere you want yo go. Great area…safe to walk to and around late at night. Clean hotel and spacious room with air conditioning. Also, a really good restaurant downstairs for breakfast and lunch. Would stay here again.

Good location and good facilities for a short stay. Especially like the cafe and the breakfast area. Plenty of places to work from as well. The rooms are fairly basic but have what you need and the beds are clean and actually very comfortable. Will stay again.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. It was a nice place to stay and fairly convenient to the tube station. One thing that I didn’t like was that they had large parties two of the nights that we were there with loud music and a lot of people. It didn’t affect us that much, but I didn’t know that was going to happen.

The room we got was on the basement floor. It was very dark and dreary. It did not look like the booking picture. The breakfast included was limited to a few items. Access to breakfast pastries were not included. Room cleaning and bed making was not part of the charge. It was a separate charge. The evening restaurant was good

We really enjoyed our stay at Ember Locke. The hotel is in a great location, very close to Earl’s Court tube station. The hotel was lovely, good decor. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower curtain was dirty along the bottom but otherwise the bathroom was clean.

Truly beautiful hotel, from the entrance to the individual rooms. Beautifully designed and very chic. I’ve never wanted to hang out in a hotel lobby or lounge to drink coffee, but we did here with enthusiasm- it’s just that comfortable and cool. The staff were friendly and immensely helpful and responsive. It was also an easy walk to several excellent restaurant neighborhoods, the Natural History Museum, V&A, and the underground stations.

The room size was adequate. The air conditioning worked very well. Paper products (toilet tissue, no facial tissues) were mediocre. The garden was a pleasant respite and drinks from the bar were good. I used the gym several times and also a pleasant surprise, roomy, good selection of weights.

The room has amazing black out curtains and it was very quiet in the room. The only downside is there was no mini fridge in the room. Hotel is close to earls court and there’s a supermarket about 1 min away. I would stay again but next time get a studio with a fridge.

Place is designed amazingly, very very nice staff. Just slightly poor execution. The rooms air con wasn’t working and there was a coffee machine but no pods, and a kettle but no tea bags or milk. Also the shower had just shower gel, no shampoo or conditioner.

Only issue was I completed a request (on the back of a mail from them) to book a parking spot -heard nothing, could not get through on any number to the hotel, so had to park half an hour away at Westfield which wasn't ideal. This hotel was very central and close to the tube and bus lines. The rooms were very clean, the beds were also very comfortable. All of the amenities in the room worked fine, however we didn't use the much (I.E. the cook top, kettle, etc.). The best part was the staff, exceptionally helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Two staff in particular, Patricia and Jessica helped us out when British Airways deemed it not necessary to load our bag. 10/10 would stay again.

Room wasn’t as clean as we had remembered it to be. Needed a good dusting. Also, the weekly cleaning really gets to be a bit too long if you’re there for more than 4 or 5 days. Need to have the room cleaned and towels changed sooner. Also, showers could be better. No removable shower heads. Rooms are also quite dark. Need more lights in the room, either lamps or pot lights. And pillows were awful. Overall, not a comfortable bed/sleep. We were there in 2024 and it remembered it to be a bit better. Rooms need to be updated a bit.
