"Clean, quiet and spacious room. The balcony seating overlooking the Colorado River was enjoyable. The hot breakfast was delicious. The seating in the hallways was a nice surprise, and usually only seen in very high-end hotels. Very clean facility with great views, plus two large meeting rooms."

The home is clean and very comfortable. Added features like all the cleaning products, kitchen spices, bottled water, deer corn, and bird food were amazing. Scott is such a generous and caring host. He is willing to help if you have any questions or needs. The best host we have experienced BY FAR.Highly recommended home in a highly recommended small Texas town!
