"Super schönes und sauberes Haus mit Pool! Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und die Betten unglaublich gemütlich. Durch die ruhige Lage konnten wir uns hervorragend erholen. Die Terrasse mit dem Pool war einfach klasse. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und total nett. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub braucht, ist hier definitiv richtig. Wir empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter."

"Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft entsprach der Bilder aus dem Inserat. Die Kommunikation verlief ohne Probleme. Leider mussten wir während unseres Aufenthaltes feststellen, dass die Poolbeleuchtung defekt ist. Dies konnte gegenwärtig auch nicht behoben werden. Des Weiteren hatte das Zufahrtstor zum Grundstück einen technischen Defekt, sodass es zeitweise nicht mehr möglich war, das Grundstück ordnungsgemäß zu verriegeln. Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt."

"Hallo, wir waren Anfang Juli mit unserer Tochter im Steinhaus bei Martina.Wir waren für 10 Tage da und hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub in Rakalj.Das Haus war in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner als im Internet.Es hat an nichts gefehlt, war wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet.Es war sehr sauber, überall klimatisiert und man hat sich einfach wie zu Hause gefühlt. Martina war auch eine liebenswerte und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die auch Tipps gegeben hat und mit Rat und Tat uns zur Seite stand.Besonders unsere 15 jährige Tochter hat das megaschöne Dachstudio sehr genossen.Alles in allem war es für uns ein superschöner und erholsamer Urlaub."

"Wir verlebten einen schönen Familienurlaub (2 E/3 K) in diesem wunderbaren und reichhaltig ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Die Gartenanlage ist mediterran und gut gepflegt, und außer dem Pool gibt es noch eine Tischtennisplatte, einen Basketballkorb und sogar ein Bocciafeld.Zentrum der Aktivitäten wurde sofort der Pool, aber auch im Haus war es dank Klimaanlage und Fernseher sehr gemütlich. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, und der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war so häufig, wie man es in etwa erwartet, und jedesmal sehr herzlich (in Englisch).Zur Lage: Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf ohne große Infrastruktur. Es gibt fußläufig einen Bäcker im Dorf, für normale Einkäufe sind wir aber nach Pula gefahren. Die nächsten Strände sind ca. 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.Unser Fazit: Wunderschönes Haus für Freunde oder Familien zum ruhigen Abhängen mit etwas Sport, das keine Wünsche offenlässt. (Für einen Strandurlaub oder für Sightseeing ist das Haus wegen der Lage aber nicht erste Wahl.)Wir werden wahrscheinlich bald wiederkommen... :-)"

"La villa si trova in una posizione eccellente, vicinissima a Pula ma immersa nella tranquillità di un piccolo villaggio. È perfetta per chi desidera rilassarsi senza rinunciare alla comodità di raggiungere facilmente la città, le spiagge e tutti i principali servizi.La villa è estremamente funzionale: tutte le camere sono sullo stesso piano e ciascuna dispone del proprio bagno privato, un dettaglio molto comodo per gruppi o famiglie.Abbiamo trascorso gran parte del tempo negli splendidi spazi esterni. La piscina era fantastica, con una temperatura perfetta, le sdraio molto confortevoli e la cucina esterna, con il suo grande tavolo, è stata il punto di ritrovo ideale per tutto il soggiorno.Ogni dettaglio è stato curato con attenzione: tutte le camere erano fornite di prodotti per la doccia e abbiamo apprezzato anche piccoli accorgimenti, come i diffusori antizanzare già predisposti. Sono particolari che dimostrano quanto i proprietari siano attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti.L’unico suggerimento che mi sento di dare è aggiungere qualche cassetto o spazio contenitivo nella cucina esterna, per poter riporre alimenti e utensili senza dover fare avanti e indietro con la cucina interna.Damir e Tamara sono host eccezionali: gentili, disponibili e sempre pronti ad aiutare. Infine, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero eccellente: per tutto ciò che offre questa villa, il prezzo è assolutamente onesto."
