"We had a great vacation with our kids and our dogs in Rakalj. The house is located centrally in the small village, but nevertheless it is also calm as there is really not much traffic at all. The supermarket is just around the corner, well equipped with the everyday needs. House is comfortable, very good climatisation and a nice patio (shadow). Communication was fast and always friendly. Thanks for being our hosts."

"We had a wonderful time at Villa Lavanda. Enjoyed the pool, visited nice beaches and small villages and made barbecue Also everything you need is in walking distance. A small shop, two restaurants (food in Kobana is fantastic and great Pizza in the restaurant direct beside the shop), behind the shop you can find a sports place for soccer and basketball. We had a short football match with the youth of the village one evening, very funny."

"We spent an enjoyable week in this pretty rental home. We were there off season when the temperatures were cool, and it rained most of the week. The beautiful stone fireplace warmed the downstairs well, and helped us to enjoy our long days indoors. The kids appreciated the games that were provided in the house. The upstairs is plain, but the beds are comfortable, and the upstairs space heater warmed that area sufficiently. The bathroom is tiny, and the shower a bit grungy...that was definitely...

"Lovely property within a short drive from Pula. Friendly hosts. Basic kitchenette which was good enough for us. Found no microwave though. Expedia advertised the property with a pool, which was not correct. "

"Unser erster Kroatien Urlaub war sehr entspannend. Das Haus lag etwas abgelegen (20 Minuten von Pula entfernt) aber auch nicht zu weit entfernt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und erkundigte sich stets ob alles okey ist. Die Matratzen hätten für uns etwas härter sein können, aber das empfindet ja jeder anders. Der Pool war völlig ausreichend und es war alles da was man brauchte. Vielleicht wäre noch ein besserer Grill toll ☺️ Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Die Wohnung war super und hat den Bildern des Inserates entsprochen. Check-in und Check-out liefen reibungslos ab. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im hauseigenen Verkostungsraum kann man selbst hergestellten Schnaps, WeinOlivenölpprobieren, was sehr zu empfehlen ist."

"This is the most beautifully designed and furnished villa with a great pool and outdoor sunbathing area. It is situated in a lovely village with a cafe, restaurant and convenience store. It is close to beaches and there are many wonderful places to explore a car ride away. Dudo, the owner, who lives next door is an exceptional host. The perfect balance between unobtrusive and helpful, Dudo provided lots of excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat. We had a wonderful fun family...

"Von außen ein schönes Objekt, jedoch gibt es einige Mängel, die dem Eigentümer offensichtlich bekannt sind, er diese aber nicht abstellt. So geht z.B. die Klimaanlage nicht, im oberen Schlafzimmer lässt sich die Balkontüre nicht verschließen, Spuren von Mücken (Blut) an den Wänden, Wasserhahn am Waschbecken im oberen Bad könnte mal erneuert werden, es gibt nicht immer warmes Wasser, der Wasserdruck in den Duschen ist sehr gering, am Zugang zum Haus blättert der Putz ab, überall liegt Bauschutt...
