"Excellent experience. Owner is kind and attentive, we were amazed how good the apartment looks. It has one king sized bed, clean and fragrant sheets, lots of room for clothes and stuff. There are 2 fridges, lots of dishes so its easy to cook whatever you want. Apartment is relatively close to the center and the beach and there is enough space for parking. We loved it!"

"The pictures advertised were not the pictures of the property. The mattress was very poor quality. The advertisement said there was a washer/dryer, but there wasn't. Dozens of bites on my body which were worse in the morning. The admin were not bothered at all. The people upstairs were regularly up until 3:00a.m. and you could hear everything despite the advertisement stating there was soundproofing. Had to put down 100euro cash deposit which I did not know about. No credit card option. "

"This is not a new apartment. But the owner maintained the room clean. The room was decorated with some sewing stuffs (guessing owner family’s hobby)😊 While it has shadow, we enjoyed coffee time at a balcony in the morning. We could use a parking lot in front of the apartment and walked to center of Rovinj (took about 20min+, it was dark in the night). Overall, we had good stays here."

Everything was well organized, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the space felt welcoming and cozy from the moment we arrived.The location is excellent, with easy access to the city and nearby amenities, yet still quiet enough for a relaxing stay. Parking and check-in were smooth and stress-free.Ana and Saša were wonderful hosts – friendly, responsive, and very professional....
