Hotel Brossard, an Ascend Collection Hotel

"I want to love this hotel, but a couple things made it a bit of a challenge. First the Wi-Fi didn’t work during our stay. Secondly, there was no heat in the room just air-conditioning. Thus it was cold and there was no way for us to warm it up. On the bright side, the rooms were excellent. Better lighting than most hotel rooms and very spacious. The bed was especially comfortable, and the washroom was large and well-appointed. The style of the hotel itself is a bit older and was quite attractive. The breakfast was good, but not great. However, there is enough variety of items to make sure you’re well-nourished for your trip. Hotel was generally very clean, but some improvement in dusting could be made. We noticed that the lamps especially were very dusty, giving evidence of no cleaning for sometime. Overall, I like this hotel and as I said, I want to love it. But the heating and Wi-Fi issues need to be addressed before I can get there. Very good value for the money (we paid $140 Canadian for the night)."

"A nice hotel, a few minutes from downtown Montréal. Clean and comfortable with onsite parking. Just watch out for the 15 minute parking sign at the front of the hotel. This does not apply during weekdays as it us in a bus lane. Go straight to the underground parking lot or risk getting a ticket."

"I checked out one day early, the hotel said I have to speak to Expedia, I spoke to Expedia and they said I had to sort it out with the hotel…. It has not been resolved. A complaint including a copy of the hotel’s position is with Expedia for review, but I have not yet heard back."

"All good thanks I will back I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Everton. Everything was excellent—the room was clean and comfortable, the service was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my time here and felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and I hope to come back again very soon. Thank you for such a lovely experience!"
