Great Place to Stay

We needed a place to stay on our return from NY to Maine. This was a perfect place to recharge. In fall this is a quiet lake resort town with a few restaurants and nice walking paths along Lake Champlain. The hotel is exceptionally clean and modern decor. The staff was were fluent in English and saved me from my poor French. Truly a well kept secret destination for many locals.

We have visited this hotel while in Canada for the Grand Prix Montreal Formula One race. The city area hotels were all booked. Despite being about 45 minutes drive from the city, this was our only option. What a great decision!!! This hotel provided five of us with a small cottage that was clean, comfortable and quiet. Beautiful place and environment looking right at the lake and a restaurant across the street. Most convenient! The staff was very helpful and easily accessible via text. I received a response within a short time every time. Everything was dealt with online and we got the chance to see another side of Canada, beside the city. We will return!!!

Such personalized service! Before I checked in, they texted to see what temp we would like the room at, what kind of music we liked and if we were celebrating anything special. (We were going for my husband's birthday.) Upon arriving, they had balloons on the bed and a gift for my husband. The room was perfect, with special touches throughout. A continental breakfast was included. We were able to enjoy a hot tub (to ourselves) each night. Staff were wonderful! Just a perfect stay!
