"The rooms are basic, very clean, with good linens and towels and plenty of hot water. It is a short walk to the tram stop into Central Florence or to the airport, and there are some nice restaurants and shops a few blocks away. The staff was pleasant and helpful. "

"We visited Florence again for our 25 wedding anniversary. Love the city and all it has to offer, but the icing on the cake was where we stayed. We stayed for 1.5 weeks and the accommodations made it feel like a 5 star experience. The staff was excellent and helpful, the electronic key was awesome, the views stunning and the grocery store was right around the corner. "We had a one-night stay in Florence before heading to Rome and wanted something close to everything, but at a fair price. This placed served its purpose. The staff was nice and helpful. Our Deluxe apartment was on the fourth floor. It had all of the amenities you could expect and was comfortable. The only issue was that the shower was the smallest I have ever been in. I couldn't bend over. "

"Great area near Duomo, restaurants & shopping.This place allows for 5-6 people but could use a few more big mirrors by outlets to allow for other females to get ready. "

The apartment came with amazing views and the basic necessities. The pool was a very nice size and kept clean for us to enjoy. "This place is just a haven, in the apartment you will find everything you need. I want to mention espresso how clean is everything, even the swimming pool. It is a perfect place to relax and to travel in Tuscany, I do recommend this place to everyone. You will stay in the heart of nature and relax in peace, with bottle of italian wine and italian food. All staff is very friendly and helpful. I hope to be back there next summer "
