"La casa en general está muy descuidada. La cocina estaba sucia y solamente pudimos usar el microondas y la cafetera. El resto de electrodomésticos muy sucios y en muy mal estado. Habitaciones separadas realmente solo tiene 2, y el baño, además de peligroso (varias regletas muy cerca de la ducha) es pequeño e insuficiente para una casa supuestamente para 8 personas. La piscina sucia también y con poca agua. Fuera hay unos perros, que aunque separados de la entrada, creemos que podrían saltar en...

"I wasn’t here for very long due to being in transit. But, i will DEFINITELY stay here when I come back to Porto for a longer stay! I had a wonderful warm welcome when checking in, which was followed up by supreme service from the team in the restaurant and bar. The food and drinks there are delicious. The room was comfortable and as advertised"

"An older style property with much character but also modern amenities in the bedrooms. Very friendly, helpful staff throughout from reception to restaurant and bar as well as concierge and assistance with luggage. A lot to do and see around the hotel. It's a very hilly city so easy walking down to the river but a steep climb back up or use the funicular part way or taxi. Good food in the restaurant."

"We spent only one night at this relatively new hotel; very nice decor room was spacious and appointed well. Staff was very attentive. It’s not close to the center of town, however for our purpose was just right. Overall, very good hotel definitely would stay there again."

"Stayed here for 4 days. Very quite low key place. Decent gym, decent breakfast, very clean and high end. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. They even let me do a late check out and let me keep my bags at the hotel until my flight left almost 8 hours. Great location towards the river and good restaurants to eat. 5 stars ***** Rey From Jersey "

"The service and cleaning staff were by far some of the best I've ever experienced in my 53 years! If you are going to Porto, look no more, for this is THE hotel you should stay at! Perfect, central location - just minutes from the main bridge and the large outdoor market (which was my personal favorite). "
