Your ticket to paradise is just a short drive from Ft. Myers, Florida, Regional Southwest Airport. At Apollo on the Beach Condo, unit 203, you'll have your own private, premiere over-sized balcony with southwest exposure, providing an unobstructed view of Marco Island's beautiful 3 1/2 mile white sand crescent beach. Unit 203 is a one bedroom, one bath setup that offers WiFi, newer tile, new furniture complete with sleeper sofa, and flat screen TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a 2 burner cooktop and new stainless appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher and combo convection oven/microwave. The Sunset Grille, voted 'best happy hour' on the island, is located on the ground floor. Newly improved and painted tennis courts. The Apollo is the only condo on Marco Beach that allows weekly rentals with the convenience of a restaurant on the premises!

For relaxation, soak up the sun with a good book or go shelling while walking on the beach. Perfect spot on the beach!

Beautiful sunset location

We enjoyed the condo’s beachfront location. It was nice to enjoy both beach and swimming pool. A coffee pot & filters and perhaps a comfy chair/chairs to watch tv would have been nice. Still a high 5 all the way. We’d love coming again.

EXCELLENT STAY

First time to Marco Island. Well appointed, clean, condo located beachfront in nicely manicured section. Very safe for walks. Nice restaurant (Sunset Grill) attached to condo building. Easy beach access. 7-11 two minutes away, Publix about 15 minutes. Tennis and pickleball courts on site. Beach equipment included with room which is convenient. Balconies are very open and public to the neighbors but fabulous sunsets. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Location is the highlight

Our stay here served our purpose of easy access to the beach with access just outside the pool area. The condo itself is okay. Comfortable bed, updated bathroom. The kitchen while updated is small with no oven. The living room area has a couch on one wall and a tv on the opposite with nowhere to set a drink or put up your feet. It didn’t make for a comfortable hang out spot on rainy days or evenings. The balcony is nice to have but not private. The property owner wasn’t the most responsive but there is a property management company involved. They over communicated. They provide a physical key that you need to pick up and drop off at another location. A comprehensive list of rules including limiting the number of towels that should be used, cleaning jobs and limited frills including toilet paper and coffee supplies made it less welcoming. All in all, this property is okay but would likely look elsewhere next time.

The apartment was so beautiful and the ocean view was perfect! Everything was clean and well prepared before our arrival. We had such a relaxing time! We are definitely coming back next year.

An easy chair with a floor lamp and end tables at the couch with lamps would be a nice addition to make in more functional. The balcony was huge and a great place to enjoy the sunsets. Without padding the lounge chairs were a bit uncomfortable. The unit and overall building was very clean and the staff polite.

The larger balcony has an obstructed view and only a railing separates you from the neighboring units. No privacy. Parking is an add on $45.00. Can't park any sooner than 4pm and you must exit by 10 am. No street parking. That was disappointing. Overall stay was good.

Reviewer Comments: Apollo 203 is a great location in Marco Island, the condo has been nicely renovated, however, the cleanliness was very poor and was obvious that the floor had not been cleaned as evidenced by my 1 year old whose knees were dark from dirt after crawling on the floor.. Needless to say I went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies and the amount of dirt was awful. The towels were also questionable as they had hair on them and stains..I would recommend a better cleaning company ASAP. The rest of the building was well maintained and clean including the pool. The condo was great with an amazing view and just a few steps to the beach.

The location is great since it’s right on the beach but I was not pleased with the cleanliness of the bedroom. There were stains on the bedding and pillow cases, and towels. Some of the dishes still had old food dried up in them so we rewatched everything before using them. The balcony was big and had a nice view overlooking the beach. The condo did not have a full length mirror.

Nice get away

Nice, well maintained condo as advertised. However, need to stock a blanket for the pull out as it is part of the “sleeps four” and there were enough sheets and pillows but no blankets. But overall a nice condo in a great location.
