Walk to Beach.........

The "SEA-ESTA BEACH" is conveniently located just a short walking distance to the public beach access and several local restaurants and shops. This 3 bedroom, 2 baths home is West facing which provides sun all day long. The screened in lanai area is very private and provides a wonderful setting with a heated pool, pool toys, Hot Tub, Weber Grill, and spacious outdoor seating and dinning area. The patio doors open wide for extra living space!
The garage houses all of the equipment (wagon, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, beach toys) needed to enjoy the beautiful Marco Island beach and amazing sunsets!
All of the amenities are included such as: central air, linens, washer & dryer in unit, Wi-Fi, iron & Ironing board, alarm clock, 4 adult bikes and 2 bikes and helmets. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans and every gadget needed to prepare a delicious meal. For those traveling with little ones we also have a pack and play with extra padded mattress, highchair, walker, tub and baby blankets and towels. For family enjoyment, we have lots of games, puzzles and books.

Absolutely lovely!

Our family of four with two small kids loved this house and we will be back! The pool was amazing. There were indoor toys, games, and books; pool toys, floaties for the toddler, beach toys, and everything you could ever need for a day at the beach including umbrellas, chairs, coolers, and so many towels. Great location with walking to the beach, ice cream, and shops. We rode bikes to the playground and had an amazing time. I have to say this is the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. My little ones constantly loose things so I tear apart couches and move furniture regularly. Everything was spotless.I highly recommend this house!!

Perfect vacation house!

The house and location was perfect for our girls trip! The house is very clean and the pool/hot tub is great! The house is in a great location with an easy walk to the beach and plenty of great restaurants nearby.

Perfect staycation!

We had a pleasant stay at the home. The house was spacious, clean and truly spectacular. We loved the shell box in the entrance, very nice touch. The kids had a fantastic time, and the space was perfect for our family. We did encounter a few issues during our stay, however, the owners, Maritza and Jeff, were very responsive and helpful, ensuring that everything was quickly resolved. Overall, a nice experience with great service! We will definitely be staying here again.

Great stay

The house was perfect for my family. We stayed two weeks and had a great time. It was very clean, had everything you will need, and is in a great location. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Short drive to Naples and the Everglades. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful house

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The home is excellent and the pool is perfect. The house had everything we needed and more! Only 5 minutes walk to the beach. We would definitely return to Marco and stay at this home again.

Amazing!

This home is amazing for a vacation get away. It was furnished with everything needed, close to the beach, and the pool area was totally refreshing. The owner is also amazing with great communication and help before and during your stay. We cant wait to plan our next vist to Marco Island!

We have stayed in many VBROs and this one was the absolute BEST! We had everything we could have ever wanted: stocked kitchen, all the water toys/chairs/tents in the garage, short walk to the beach and fantastic owners. We're already looking at dates for our next stay!!!

Excellent Vacation Home

This house is beautifully furnished in a lovely neighborhood. The spacious kitchen was "like new". Pool and patio area were exceptional. We were comfortable in bedroom/baths. We used the bicycles, beach chairs, and umbrellas that were provided (all in excellent condition, just like ones from home). We are planning to return again next year.

Gorgeous house, perfect location

We had a fantastic week in Marco Island at this beautiful home! Everything is updated, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The pool and patio are fantastic. The location really couldn't be better with an easy walk to the beach, shops, and wonderful restaurants. On top of all that, the Codas are the most gracious, lovely hosts. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect Getaway!

The property was just as described and pictured. The house was immaculate. We visited with my two high school children and it was the perfect amount of space. I especially loved our private pool and outdoor living space! We dined out most nights but the kitchen is very well appointed and had everything we needed and more. Maritza was an amazing host, and answered all of my questions before and during our trip. Will definitely be back one day.

You will love this property!!

The house was very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 small children. Close to everything with 2 beach access’ within walking distance. Can’t think of anything that we would ask to be added, even for the children. But best of all, the Owners were awesome. Accessible, concerned that you are enjoying your stay and helpful if needed. That is why we rate it a 5 star stay.

Wonderful house in a prime location

This was our second stay here and will not be our last. Wonderful and comfortable house. Pool and hot tub are great and the kitchen is fully equipped. 4 bikes and lots of beach equipment. Very convenient location to dining and beach access. Maritza is real delight to work with. We highly recommend.

Felt like home

Maritza was beyond accommodating and understanding. She responded so quickly to all of our questions and made us truly feel that her vacation home was our home. Our first thanksgiving in Florida away from it all and we are sold on doing it again because of this accommodation and the owner.

Amazing stay!

This was our first trip to Marco as a family and it did not disappoint!! We had such a fantastic stay at the Seaesta. The property had everything we needed for our stay plus some! It was a short walk to the beach and in walking distance of a ton of restaurants and shops. The bikes that were on the property were a plus, as we used them everyday to bike around the island and explore! Maritza was an amazing host and was so easy to get ahold of with anything we needed, and made our stay extra special! We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect family house

Communication with owner was superb. Management company also responsive. House was clean and well stocked. Our third time to Marco and this was best house yet we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place. Easy walk to public beach access, mini golf, Pinchers, and Stonewalls. If you don’t mind longer walk Caxambas launch isn’t terrible. Quiet neighborhood. Five star accommodations!!
