This was a peaceful haven just 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from Venice. It was wonderful to come home to this place after spending a day in crowded Venice. The hospitality and service from on-site team/staff is really exceptional. Davide and Sofia made my daughter and I feel very welcomed. They were always quick to respond to requests and were so warm and friendly. The hotel is very inviting and you feel like you are in your own little villa. Best hotel I have stayed at in quite some time. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The homemade bread was excellent. The room was bigger than expected and the beds were comfortable. We stayed here to get away from the crowds at Venice and could not have picked a more relaxing area. The river runs right next to it. The town has a train station with a direct route to Venice. Hotel is very close to the main train station of Quatro D'Altino. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from that train station to main Venezia St Lucia and also provides the train tickets (Return trips) all for a total of 20 Euro's for 2 people. I have stayed in many hotels and Villa Braida is by far the most beautiful. It has 2 buildings. The main building with the reception is where my wife and I stay and it is a beautifully maintained villa built in 1784. It is set on large grounds in the country with extensive gardens decorated with numerous statues. We were very pleased with this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and are defiantly glad we did. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The room we had was great and the hotel staff were amazing and never hesitated to help us with anything we needed! It's also in a great location for to get to anything. Definitely recommend!

This is the perfect hotel for exploring Venice. Their shuttle provided round trip transportation to and from the airport, and the train station was located directly behind the hotel, making for an easy trip to the island. The hotel could use an update, but the convenience and service makeup for it. Everyone at the hotel was helpful giving recommendations, including the pizza takeout across the street that was a delicious & inexpensive dinner. If you have an early flight departing Marco Polo Airport, staying at this hotel is the way to go. This is my second stay in the past three months; and they did not disappoint! With their extensive shuttle service that operates from 04:40 until midnight, no worries about getting to the airport on time. This service is only 5 euros per person. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

It's a little far from Venice and doesn't have a shuttle, but for us for one day it was a treat. We took a taxi that cost 30 euros each way, we had so little time it made it worth it. The place is lovely even if the paintings are a bit camp after you have seen the masterpieces in Venice. The grounds and interior are lovely, gracious, and comfortable. The hotels approximate distance to the airport is "delicious" with the added accommodations of a shuttle only costing 2 Euros. I only viewed there breakfast options (I had other plans) in the restaurant and they had a delightful spread of yummy options, eggs, pastries, fruits, vegetables; beautifully displayed. Rooms were very comfortable and hotel was easy to get to from the airport and train station. Front desk and service staff went above and beyond to ensure everyone was having a good time. Dinner was exceptional.

The room was fine, and it was nice that they had an electric kettle to make tea. There's no restaurant at the hotel but they have a shuttle that will take you over to a nearby one, just a few blocks away, for free. I was a bit disappointed that the airport shuttle was 15 euros and only took about 4 minutes to get there.
