"Great location, and plenty of room for our party of 5 adults. The view from the balcony is amazing. It's a good base from which to explore the Dolomites. We enjoyed a short (3-4 mile) hike on the ski slopes that are directly across the street. As mentioned in other reviews, there is a wood/metal workshop below the apartment - it can produce some noise, but it didn't bother us (the young adults slept right through it with no problem).
