Im nachhinein haben wir die Reinigungskosten versteckt im Kleingedruckten gefunden. Und auch vor Ort bezahlt. "Exceptional location with access to (private) pebbled beach, opportunity to kayak from there. Note for younger families and people with difficulty walking: this is not an easy walk down to and up from the beach. There is a great sandy beach about 35 min away by car (Feniglia) as a fall back option. Amenities include oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, nespresso machine, pizza oven and wood fired bbq... Note: no microwave, water boiler, toaster. No AC as indicated. Very nice...

"The property is beautiful with unbelievable views of the sea, port and surrounding area. You can wake up early and watch the sun rise over the mountains in Tuscany. The pool is fantastic with amazing views. The property is great for kids, as there is a kids bedroom with lots of toys and books. We had some issues with the air conditioning and plumbing, but the host was incredibly responsive and everything was fixed very quickly."
