From the elevated position of this property, you'll enjoy spectacular views of Marengo Beach, the Marine Sanctuary and right along to the Barham River and Apollo Bay. Features include a large, open plan living area, kitchen and dining with full height glass windows and extensive wraparound decking. You can sit back and watch the sun rise or set, from this fabulous beach house.

Suitable for both relaxing couples looking to get away for the weekend and family beach holidays, this property will delight. In summer, enjoy air-conditioned comfort, with stunning views, a large deck and backyard. In winter, cosy up in front of the wood fireplace, with wood supplied, and enjoy the free NBN internet and Apple TV.

The master bedroom features large glass walled windows with spectacular water views and a Queen bed. The second bedroom contains a Double bed.

The loft bedroom contains 2 Double beds and 1 Single bed and is accessible via a very steep narrow staircase.
(The upstairs bedroom is not suitable for the elderly or small children)

The ground floor is fully accessible, with only the loft bedroom inaccessible to persons with mobility difficulties. The house can be accessed by a sloping entrance deck or by stairs.

Situated at the end of a quiet and private court, with 2 car spaces in the driveway, there is plenty of room for everyone.
