"The Internet connection was very poor even after I asked the front desk to do something about it. They chose not to. They had no screens on the windows so mosquitoes were in my room constantly. The location was not convenient. It was about a good 20 minute walk outside the downtown. I would never stay at this hotel. They couldn’t even deliver on a taxi which was scheduled ahead of time and it turned out. It was 25 minutes late."

"Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice, fresh and fulfilling. Rooms were spacious and very quiet. Staff was very accommodating. Shuttle to and from train station was excellent and very prompt. Nice onsite bar for cocktails after a busy day.. Very nice to be away from the chaos of the “canal” area."
