"Please avoid, this is a scam, travelled a month through Europe and this was the only terrible experience. They must scam the rating system, because they are over 4 stars, was lazy and booked based on that, later saw the reviews and regretted. Booked two nights but left after one. The room is very clean, staff was friendly, accommodating and communication was excellent through What’s App and detailed instructions for after hours operation was simple and straight forward. Left luggage by receptionist was very helpful. All was wonderful. A 10 AM checkout was a bit early but I managed. "
