There is also a ski storage room in the apartment complex. Parking is available directly at the apartment complex. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and the village and ski slopes are almost next to the apartment complex.

The apartment complex is located in the middle of the Hochkönig ski region, which is part of the Ski Amade ski area. Against the backdrop of the Hochkönig, this ski area between the three towns of Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach offers up to 120 extensive and wide kilometers of pistes, 3 fun parks and 34 lifts. The ski slopes are within walking distance from the apartment complex.

In summer, the Sommerstein adventure pool at the eastern end of Maria Alm, the Obsmarkt adventure pool in Saalfelden or the Zeller Strandbad in Zell am See offer lots of swimming fun! The idyllic town of Maria Alm is a sports paradise and place of pilgrimage in the middle of the Salzburg mountains and offers many other leisure and activity options.

You will find several restaurants, shops and the tourist office directly in the town center. The state capital Salzburg can be reached in around 1.5 hours by car.
