"Room was clean, recommend 2 keys so one can be used for the power at the entrance. Staff were very friendly. Spa does not open until 2pm, it would have been nice to use it in the morning."

Excellent selection of breakfast, though it does get very busy at peak times (as the hotel warns about). Large selection of restaurants just around the corner, in a plaza that also has a cinema, bowling and two live events venues (Uber Arena and Uber Eats Music Hall) <10mins walk to Berlin Ost (East) train station Recommend"

"The family room was extremely small and uncomfortable. Breakfast was a shambles—very disorganised, and if you arrived late, there was very little choice. At times, there was no cutlery or cups available. When booking with Hilton, I expected a certain standard and level of quality, but those expectations have been dispelled. I was really disappointed."
