"This condo is the perfect place to stay in Rincon. It is right across from the public beach. Beautiful sunsets! Restaurants and shopping nearby. Short drive to other beaches. The condo itself is equipped for cooking if you want to eat in. Loved having access to a washer and dryer. The large balcony was a perfect place to relax. There are 2 parking spots in a gated area. My teens enjoyed having a pool. The beds were a little hard for our liking. Water pressure is low, but thats common all over...

"It was a fun place to stay. Lovely view of the beach. Easy check in process. Very clean. Very convenient. Each bedroom had its own AC unit that really kept you cool at night. The balcony was nice. The pool was amazing. Just 15 minutes from Rincon. About 2hrs away from San Juan. Definitely a good place to stay. Nothing in the price range was even close. The rooms are massive. Kitchen was well equipped. Property manager communicated everything so clearly."

"It was really difficult for me to find the place, because there were 2 streets with this name in town. Photos of the building and a writting in big letters the name of the place would be great. After solving this problem of location, everything was fine. check-in was easy because of the messages of the owner. The room was nice and my stay was very well."

"It was very clean. Beautiful and the pool was clean in the morning. Love how easy was the staying. The only issue that we had we were five people and the water stopped after 4 us took a shower. We waited 30 minutes and the water came back"
