Enjoy your desert getaway in Sunny Maricopa AZ. in this gorgeous 3 Bdrm, 2 bath + office single story home. Located in the Rancho El Dorado community on a corner lot near the Duke golf course.

Every room is redecorated with all new carpet, paint, and brand new furniture in each room. The large open floor plan includes an inviting kitchen, seating up to 10 people. Perfect for spending time with family and friends. The connecting family room includes a comfortable and cozy sectional and 58" TV with Roku and plenty of other streaming apps.

There is a formal living room with two cozy chairs perfect for reading or just relaxing. This room is open to a dining room with a large round table for extra seating, cards or games with your family.

The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, walk in closet and 43" TV also with roku. The master bathroom includes a large vanity with two sinks, soaking tub and large separate shower. Also included a separate door to the back patio and pool.

The Second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom has two beds. Each room has bedside table and overhead fans. The main bath has sink, toilet and tub/shower combination.

A private office/ 4th bedroom is right off of the living room and the house is equipped with WiFI. The cozy couch pulls out into a queen bed for extra sleeping space. The doors close off this room for privacy as well.


The backyard patio has table and chairs that provide the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon happy hour, with a new propane grill for backyard dinners.

The smaller town of Maricopa is located away from the big city but includes several golf courses. Southern Dunes and the Duke golf course are just a quick ride away. The Harrahs Casino, UltraStar Multi Entertainment Center at AK-Chin includes bowling alley, movie theatre and steak house as well as the casino. Nearby Chandler is only 16 miles away offering a variety of shopping and restaurants.

Great Arizona stay near golf course

The house and area were wonderful and great for a small family! We enjoyed the pool and the close shopping centers. House itself was clean and welcoming, there was no shortage of towels, or any kitchenware.

A Great Stay

This property has everything you need for a great vacation. Large heated pool with a lot of pool toys, and clean well stocked home. The foosball table was fantastic, as was the The Duke golf course and clubhouse. The nearby Southern Dunes golf course is also one of the best kept secrets. The only negative is that we had to leave!

Maricopa Getaway

This was our second stay in this house. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. The hosts are fantastic and reply quickly to questions. Such an amazing home. Wanted to have a pool since we had my nephew with us and this house was PERFECT. Office came in handy as I needed to work a little while we were there. Hoping that this home will be available again next year when we come back out to the Casa Grande area again in 2024!

We Loved The Pool!

Our trip to Maricopa was to visit our son and the grandchildren. What a wonderful home for all of us to enjoy! We absolutely loved the pool with the hot weather. On breaks we played games, foosball, and baked cupcakes. The home has every amenity you need and the location is easy to travel around Maricopa. The owners responded immediately to our questions. Highly recommend this home away from home.

Very nice introduction to Maricopa

Our home in Oregon sold before our house in Maricopa was completed. We were on the fence about putting a pool in our new home so we decided to rent a house with a pool to see if we liked it. Love it! The house was just what we needed. Very close to everything to get us adjusted to the desert lifestyle. Plus the home was per friend for our 2 little pups. They sure enjoyed the back yard and a cooling dip on the pool. We will recommend this to any of our friends that want to come here.

Maricopa Retreat

We loved our stay! The house is beautifully decorated, updated, CLEAN, comfortable, and cozy. The heated pool was fantastic. The yard is private. We loved taking walks through the friendly and quiet neighborhood. Mike was available to answer our questions and had great communication with us before and during our stay. We added on an extra day to our trip and Mike was able to accommodate us. The house has all the comforts of home. Loved the extra touches like the magnified mirrors in the bathrooms, the cozy throw blankets, cool couch tables, and beach towels for the pool. Overall, this was a wonderful property and host. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Home Away from Home!

Our family took an extended vacation over the last month because of our kids in distance learning still. We were very happy overall with everything about this home. The beds and other furniture were not only newer, but were extremely comfortable. The home was clean, well stocked, bigger than we expected, had plenty of drawer and closet space, and perfect for our family of four to spread out while working and in school. The owner was great to work with and communicated quickly when I had to reach out for random things. The pool was a hit almost daily, the neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the town had plenty to offer for food and simple shopping. Looking forward to booking here again next year!
