"Very nice to stay at Gripsholm! Kristinasviten is spacious and lovely decorared. The fittings and tech are very dated though. A touch up of bathrooms, TV etc is in place."

"The main castle and grounds were beautiful. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool/sauna area was very nice, but we were unaware there was an additional charge to use the facility. The rooms we stayed in looked nothing like the pictures shown on Expedia and were not actually located in the castle. They were clean, but extremely small and very plain. "Sköna sängar och vi hade ett stort rum med separat yta med bäddsoffa i. Det var väldigt varmt i rummen men fläkt fanns. Endast rullgardin för fönstren så blev ljust på morgonen i rummet. Fräscht och fint på rummen."

"Beautiful, historic property. Rooms were nice, dining area was very historic feeling, enjoyed a nice dinner and breakfast buffet the next morning was varied and high quality. Outdoor dining is available weather permitting, grounds are lovely. Loved all the photos and personal items around the home, it was nice to see previous owners and uses, I love history, so this was a real treat for me. "
