"This was our first time at this place and we loved it! The place is beautiful, relaxing, surrounded by Mother Nature, tons of pools with amazing views and beautiful people. I’m a tree lover and this was my favourite part! There are things that need improvement: - The food: Food was ok, I will give it a 7/10. I understand the place is not expensive compared to other All Inclusive, but it could be better in flavour and presentation. Also, the options were very limited and repetitive. - The rooms: Oh lord the bed and pillows were awful! They’re very old and should be replaced ASAP. The beds made weird sounds by the tiniest movement and the pillows were so old they were very uncomfortable. - Reception: Even though they were nice and polite, specially Erick. My daughter got super sick for one night and they were ZERO accommodating nor understanding. That was disappointing. - Water Park: Super cold water and the splash park is more like a torture place for kids. The power of the water is way too strong. Things we loved: - The Staff: Staff was amazing and so nice! I actually learned lots of their names. Kids Club: Edith was the girl who mostly spent time with my girls and she was so sweet and my girls loved her. The other girls Nancy and Nidawi, were very sweet and kind. Carritos/Golf Carts: Carlos, Omar, Victor, Edie, Eric, Francisco, Adam y Enrique. Every single one was kind, respectful, attentive, smiling all the time and always willing to help. "Beautiful property. Nice rooms. Very clean. Food very good. Small pools. Lotsa of loungers and shade. Nice beach. Can't make reservations for restaurants but not a big deal. Always got in. Waited with a puck when necessary. Resort wines were decent. Bar carts come around pool but blended drinks omly at the actual bars. The 1 beach towel a day is ridiculous!!! Can't switch them out for the next day is ridiculous 🙄. Have to wait til 9 a.m to get them. Towel people were very unfriendly and rude about it. Overall a lovely 10 nights and would return."

"Hotel que no cuenta con elevadores, me pareció que les hacía falta mucho personal, tanto para los restaurantes, como para los bares, la comida del bufete no estaba mal, pero tampoco estaba deliciosa, esperaba más opciones en los guisados, los restaurantes de las especialidades son buenos. Las piscinas estaban sucias, con espuma amarilla, noté esto, los 5 días que estuvimos hospedados. Por otro lado, en este hotel todos los días hay eventos, en un día nos tocó 2 bodas y sin personal...pues dejó mucho que desear en el servicio"

"Our suite was clean, though there were a few small things that could use attention. Overall, everything was okay. The staff experience was mixed—some employees didn’t have the best attitudes. It may have been due to the heat, but regardless, customer service should remain a priority. Guests should still feel welcomed and treated well. The resort is definitely family-friendly. The kids had a great time and really enjoyed themselves. The pools were clean, and the bartenders did an excellent job keeping up with the crowd, which we appreciated. Overall, the main area for improvement would be ensuring that all employees provide better, more consistent customer service. "

"This place surprised me in a very good way! I read reviews and I was a little hesitant about it. I had a wonderful time at Dreams and Secrets. Service was excellent! Happy staff always w a great attitude! Food was great! All restaurants were delicious. All amenities were great. Staff way friendlier than Secrets Akumal for sure! I highly recommend this hotel. I will be coming back for sure. "
