"Poor service at checkin, had to fight to get the copy they took of my passport at checkout. Room was infested with ants so we could not have food in room and the air conditioner would not work. Asked for a new room but was denied, refused refund so we could check into an actual hotel but were told they have a no refund policy. Do not stay here especially when you can stay at another hotel very close for $10 more a night."

"We waited two hours and noone ever came!!! Called the number given on our receipt and nobody answered. The neighbors finally came down to say the owners are not renting anymore. The building did not have any number. No name to ring and the facade no longer say « la vie en rose » as shown on their pictures online"

"We were greeted warmly and given coffee upon arrival. The rooms are well equipped with private bath, kitchenette, and wardrobe. The rooms are bright and airy. Our room had a corner balcony that had views of the church and Mt Vesuvius. We were able to easily walk to the archaeological park; there are restaurants, bars, shops, and the church square on the way. "The staff was incredibly kind and made our stay relaxing. Free valet parking made having the rental car easy! Free breakfast was a nice option. Very short walk into Vico for shopping and restaurants. Pool area and bar were great! Amazing views!! We didn’t take advantage of the shuttle to the sea club. "
