"Bay Gardens Hotel is quite a dated hotel however some refurbishments were taking place to the dining area just prior to me leaving. I found the meals (lunch and dinner) good with breakfast being my least favourite as could be quite hit and miss on some days. My room was a standard king size room with a balcony which was an adequate sized room and modern which was cleaned thoroughly each day. I used the gym most days which is small however has all the necessary equipment for a decent work out. There is a shuttle bus which takes you to the beach and sister hotels which is a great plus about this hotel stay. Another plus is the hotel provides water filling stations which provide filtered water. The majority of the staff were helpful and pleasant and the hotel is located in an ideal spot near to shops and a mall and local bars which I felt safe going to as a lone female traveller. St Lucia hotels can be extremely expensive but I found this to be good value for money and would definitely stay there again in the future."

"Absolutely beautiful property with stunning views. The pictures are spot on and do not deceive. We had a group of 15 and there was so much space for us to spread out or be together as we wanted. Everything was sparkling clean. Kitchen was fully equipped with coffee supplies, spices, foil, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The challenges we faced were with transportation for such a large group. After a couple of days I found out the taxi company expects you to negotiate. We were not very comfortable doing this so transportation became one of our major expenses as I expect it probably is for any large group on the island. If you are fit you can walk down to a couple of restaurants… for most of our group it wasn’t as much about ability as desire lol. It’s very steep. Many of us walked once and decided it was worth the 5 bucks round trip to not do it again. There are a couple of restaurants at the bay. Free water taxi over to DooLittles bar and restaurant. The wait to be served was over two hours after ordering but we actually went back anyway the food was so good. Drinks were strong! Same with the restaurant at the dock. We took a catamaran out for a day which was the highlight of our trip. Anthea the property manager was on sight frequently in her secluded office and was one of the loveliest people I’ve ever met. She helped us navigate things to do and coordinated transportation. Highly recommend staying here!!!"

"This place was absolutely magical! From the incredible room amenities to the delicious food, everything about our stay was five-star. The pools were breathtaking, the views were spectacular, and the entire property felt first class. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be back! "

"The hotel was okay overall, but it felt a bit run down and could use some updates. The staff interactions were somewhat impersonal, and we didn’t feel particularly welcomed during our stay. Unfortunately, the food quality was quite disappointing and did not meet our expectations. The buffet area also had an unpleasant odor that made dining there difficult. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to friends."

"The staff disregarded an 80 year old person and made climb to third floor when checking in Food was mediocre at best and took forever to get served The promised premium alcohol was not available during our stay The best restaurant was not part of all inclusive and had to be paid for This is second Zoetry resort that was awful I would never recommend this resort"

"Beautiful view. Staff is very nice. The beach is very private and beautiful. You have to take a ferry to get to the property which runs all day and is only a 2 minute ride. Overall it is paradise and I would high recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation without too many people around."
