Welcome to our charming Le Curaçao studio, featuring breathtaking lagoon views, a refreshing pool, and awe inspiring sunsets. Our spacious and brightly lit studio, complete with air conditioning and Wi Fi, is adorned with a soothing color palette, predominantly blue, to create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen caters to all your needs, including a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and toaster. A comfortable wall bed measuring 180 x 200 cm ensures restful nights of sleep. During the day, the bed easily retracts to unveil a cozy sofa for relaxation while admiring the view. We can provide a crib, high chair, or an extra bed (upon request and for an additional fee). Enjoy the view while sipping your drinks on the terrace, furnished with a table and chairs. If the weather takes a turn, a rolling shutter can be closed to shield you from the rain. The bathroom features a modern and functional walk in shower. Complimentary linens are provided, including towels, beach towels, and bed sheets. Our concierge service, CAP SXM, is at your disposal throughout your stay to offer advice, provide delivery services, organize activities, or assist with any unforeseen circumstances. Shops and the center of Marigot are within walking distance. We are a 10 minute drive from Juliana Airport and the beaches of Baie Nettlé, Baie Rouge, and Baie Longue. Grand Case Airport is a 20 minute drive away. Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water production issues that occasionally result in water shortages. To mitigate any inconveniences, we have installed a cistern to ensure water availability during these interruptions.
