He either hates Americans or women or people .. we just thought it was a bad day we all have them but next day still nasty mean and unhelpful !!.. "This is a lovely hotel for relaxing & enjoying peace & tranquility of Salento The rooms are spacious lovely & super comfy beds & well cleaned every day The restaurant has a daily menu & food is great quality, my wife is Vegan and the staff & Chef made dinners for her every night!! The staff are absolutely awesome! "Easy access for beach hopping . Felt safe on property and front desk staff 24/7. Very quiet with privacy while walking the grounds Pool looks beautiful , did not use it… the hotel has an interesting rule about wearing swimming caps and it was not heated We were ok without the pool because there were plenty of beaches under a 10 minute drive that were beautiful with warm water "

"Hotel is in nice location on the beach. However some staff were a little standoffish & not very attentive. Solo traveller rooms are ok size, beds are small singles not very comfortable. Showers are exceptionally small, I have been on cruise ships with bigger shower space. When door is closed there is very little room to manouvre or wash properly. Location of single rooms right next to lifts, therefore guest movement, children screaming, running along corridor made for a very restless stay. Very little in the way of food and beverage services and due to remote location, car is needed to drive to nearby restaurants and bars most of which 10-15 minutes away. Buffet dinner at hotel is €35 per day. Sorry but I would not stay here again. "
