"Nice hotel with a lovely pool overlooking the sea. Very friendly staff; they upgraded us to a bigger room for our group of four adults without us requesting it. The hotel is a bit old but clean and well-maintained. It is within walking distance of one of the most beautiful beaches in Puglia, just a 15-minute walk away. "We were not allowed to stay at the hotel on because of facility issues with heating systems either for not having enough staff or due to off season conditions and end of season. The beach, outdoor pool, soccer field looked great. They moved us to Joli Park Hotel in the city but that was just to sleep for the night and their pool was non functional either. They are keeping their property available in Expedia while they were not open for the season just to move the guest in the other hotels in...

"Exceptionally friendly staff, delicious breakfast and a clean and beautiful pool with a bar that serves food at lunchtime. The hotel is a bit aged but it’s still very decent! Two negatives were the very hard and uncomfortable mattresses and that the pool is accessible for people outside of hotel guests."

"La struttura è molto bella, silenziosa e rilassante. Consiglierei di migliorare alcune cose: intorno alla piscina, specialmente dalla parte in cui l'acqua è più profonda, far passare qualcuno per dare una spazzata, è piena di semi di palma che danno fastidio durante il cammino; a fine stagione quando svuotate la piscina passare della resina trasparente per tenere incollate le pietre nella parte bassa della pisciana. Per il resto tutto perfetto. "

"Misleading information on website. This was NOT a wheelchair accessible room as the shower was a step over cubicle and no handrails or equipment around the toilet area. To access the ‘disabled’ toilet off the dining room area you would have to negotiate a 10” step up and then down a 6” step. Again no rails or toilet equipment. Staff were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough. The lovely receptionist was very apologetic and sourced us another hotel locally which had a wheelchair accessible...

"I enjoyed my stay here however there were many disappointments as well. The room wasn’t great. There was mould on the walls in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken. On 2 days out of 3 there was no hot water in the mornings. The TV didn’t work on my 2nd & 3rd day. The patio door was stuck and wouldn’t open or lock properly. The owners weren’t very friendly. "Very convenient location to take a swim only few steps out of the door. There is not free parking. I suggest downloading the app EASYPARK, because the machines on the street are not phone or credit card friendly!"

"Hotel is in nice location on the beach. However some staff were a little standoffish & not very attentive. Solo traveller rooms are ok size, beds are small singles not very comfortable. Showers are exceptionally small, I have been on cruise ships with bigger shower space. When door is closed there is very little room to manouvre or wash properly. Location of single rooms right next to lifts, therefore guest movement, children screaming, running along corridor made for a very restless stay. Very little in the way of food and beverage services and due to remote location, car is needed to drive to nearby restaurants and bars most of which 10-15 minutes away. Buffet dinner at hotel is €35 per day. Sorry but I would not stay here again. "
